Weekend Online Retreat: Yoga, Theta & more

🌿 Your next Grounded Reset Online Retreat is coming up Feb28th & March 1st:
A holistic journey of movement, sharing, holistic transformation and renewal.

✨ We all need a place to check in with ourselves – a safe space to share, be and breathe. A space where our inner voice becomes louder and the outer voice is free & welcome to be expressed.

The Grounded Reset Online Retreat is a two-day immersion to help you come back home to your body, clear the static in your mind, and remember how calm and clarity actually feel paired with a sense of magic and meaning as we are co-creating a wonderful weekend that will carry you forward with new impulses for many weeks to come!

Through gentle embodiment practices, specifically designed yoga sequences, and breath control, you’ll learn simple body-based tools to regulate your energy, release built-up tension, and reconnect with natural flow — without pushing or forcing anything to happen.

We’ll begin by setting a clear intention and sharing in our small retreat group, then move through practices that retrain your body to respond from presence, not pressure. Each day closes with deep rest, including a shavasana journey guided by theta downloads  — to anchor safety and integration at the deepest level. In the theta state you are relaxed and yet more available to update old outdated believes, release fear, stress and tension more effectively!

We’ll end the retreat on day 2 with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony & Closing Ritual
to honor what your body has released and reclaimed. If you have never experienced this, no worries, I’ll guide you step by step, including a ceremonial grade cacao recipe.

🗓️ Day 1 – 28th February 2026 (2pm Bali/ Singapore time  |  7 AM Berlin):
> 120 minutes length  

  • Enjoy your opening circle, a moment to drop in, breathe & tune in to then set an intention.
  • From there, we flow into our 60 minutes embodied yoga breath & movement flow – weaving in somatic tools to release anxiety, stress and overwhelm.
  • Finishing with cleansing ‘theta downloads’ in shavasana and a musical/ chanting meditation.

🗓️ Day 2 – 1st March 2026 (2pm – 3:30pm Bali/ Singapore time  |   7–8:30 AM Berlin):
> 120 minutes length  

  • Moving deeper into our foundations – unlocking past tension through active breathing techniques & somatic releases
  • Followed by 45 minutes of practising deeply grounding postures, from there balancing & core strengthening sequences. Gently, opening up the whole body to feel what lies beneath the rushing and previous heart-body disconnection in shavasana as we add more theta shifts. Thus resetting the body at the root level.
  • Completing our retreat with a celebratory 1hr cacao ritual to sing along: bringing elements of self-expression, music, rhythm & emotion together.
