This journey is an invitation to reconnect with the part of you that learned, often early on, to soften, swallow, or hold back your voice in order to stay connected. Not just the speaking voice — but the singing voice, the emotional voice, the felt sense of who you are when you express.
My Voice, Here & Now is about unmuting that inner truth gently and safely, so expression no longer feels risky or effortful. We work with the nervous system, breath, and sound to create inner conditions where your voice can emerge naturally — grounded, present, and unmistakably yours.
This is not about “finding” your voice.
It’s about remembering what was already there — and allowing it here and now.
Structure & Dates
The journey unfolds across hybrid – partly live, partly via pre recorded classes, workshops and theta clearing.
