Join us for a heart-centered 60-minute cacao ceremony—a sacred space to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.
Cacao, also known as the “food of the gods,” has been used in ceremonial settings for centuries, especially by Indigenous cultures of Central and South America. Unlike processed chocolate, ceremonial-grade cacao is pure and minimally processed, allowing it to open the heart, support emotional release, and deepen connection—both inward and with others.
This online gathering is gentle, accessible, and deeply nourishing. Whether it’s your first time or you’re familiar with the medicine of cacao, you are welcome here.
What to Expect:
- Opening & Cacao Blessing
We begin by preparing and drinking our cacao together with intention and gratitude. - Guided Meditation
Drop into presence with a gentle meditation to connect to your heart and body. - Our Own Songs & Shared Singing
We’ll sing simple, heartfelt songs together—no experience needed, just a willingness to let your voice be part of the circle. - Space for Reflection & Sharing
You’ll be invited to reflect or share (always optional) as we close the circle.
Here is your Simple Ceremonial Cacao Recipe
Serves 1
Ingredients:
-
25–30g ceremonial-grade cacao (cut or shaved into small pieces)
-
150–200ml hot water (not boiling, about 70–80°C / 160–175°F)
-
Optional:
-
A small pinch of cayenne pepper (to enhance circulation)
-
A pinch of sea salt (to balance the bitterness)
-
A dash of cinnamon or vanilla (for warmth)
-
Natural sweetener (like honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar), to taste
-
Instructions:
-
Warm the water (don’t let it boil—too much heat can damage the cacao’s active compounds).
-
Add cacao to a blender or bowl. Pour in the hot water.
-
Blend or whisk until smooth and frothy. (A hand whisk, electric frother, or blender works well.)
-
Add spices or sweetener to taste, if desired.
-
Pour into your favorite cup – We will drink the cacao together as part of our ritual!
