Cultivate a deep and loving connection to yourself and your body through this weekly online class. Each session offers grounding, healing, and refreshing yoga sequences that invite you to reconnect and realign.

We begin every class with a personal check-in, creating space for reflection before moving into flowing sequences designed to mobilize, strengthen, and nourish your entire system.

Each month carries a unique focus and may integrate elements such as meditation, mantra chanting, pranayama (breathwork), Yin Yoga, or Pilates-inspired movement.

Hanna creates a space of clarity, presence, and transformation—helping you release the weight of the week and step into your weekend with renewed energy and intention.

Currently this slot is held in German. An English version of the class may be arranged upon request – just send an email prior to joining.

Contribution

  • Drop-in Class: €18

  • 10-Class Pass: €150 (valid for 6 months)
